All returns must be unworn, unused and in their original condition. Requests for returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the order. Return requests made after 14 days may only be eligible for store credit.

Please email [email protected] with your order number, the items you wish to return, and a brief reason for your return. We have the right to refuse returns that are not in original condition.

Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date your item was delivered.

Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake on the part of Amy’s Umbrellas, or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, client will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges.

Your account will be credited, less shipping charges, within 5 business days of return receipt. You will be emailed a return confirmation at that time. All refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment.

We will not re-ship/refund packages returned for wrong or incomplete addresses and customer unavailability.

Amy’s Umbrellas is not responsible for any return packages not received if the shipping label provided is not used.

Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We cannot refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.

You have to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) token prior to return your package. You can obtain your RMA token by contacting us here. and select subject as RMA and leave order number and the reason for returning your umbrella in the message input.

For your convenience, We will provide you with an exchange, or a store credit for use on future orders, or a refund to your original form of payment. We estimate 7 – 10 business days to receive and process your return and/or exchange.

When you place an order through the website, we will maintain your order information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. Retaining this order information facilitates administration of Our 100% guarantee on our products and provides the mechanism for processing return and exchange requests and providing replacements and refunds of ordered items.

You have the right to request that your order information be deleted in accordance with applicable laws. Individuals wishing to exercise their data protection rights in this manner will be prevented from returning or exchanging items from deleted orders and prevented from receiving refunds for or replacements of items from deleted orders.

Order Cancellation

We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your order. Here are the details regarding order cancellation:

  1. Before Order Shipped:
    • You have the option to cancel your order free of charge if the cancellation is requested before the order is shipped.
    • Please note that payment processing fees may apply and will be deducted from your refund.
  2. After Order is Shipped:
    • If you wish to cancel your order after it has been shipped, it will depend on the logistics stage.
    • We will make our best efforts to recall the package, but we cannot guarantee success.
    • In the event we are able to recall the order, the following conditions apply:
      • Recalling Costs: A recalling fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the expenses associated with recalling the package.
      • Shipping Costs: The initial shipping cost incurred by us is non-refundable, even if you selected free shipping (as this still incurs a cost to us).
      • Processing Fees: Payment processing fees will be deducted from your refund.
    • Please be aware that the success of order recall is not guaranteed, and we will make every effort to minimize costs.

It’s important to note that our ability to cancel orders after shipment is limited, and we appreciate your understanding of the associated costs involved.
