All returns must be unworn, unused and in their original condition. Requests for returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the order. Return requests made after 14 days may only be eligible for store credit.
Please email [email protected] with your order number, the items you wish to return, and a brief reason for your return. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label. We have the right to refuse returns that are not in original condition. We do not provide return shipping labels for international orders.
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date your item was delivered.
Clients are responsible for return shipping charges. If there was a mistake on the part of Amy’s Umbrellas, or in the case an item was faulty or damaged, client will be reimbursed for both delivery and return shipping charges.
Your account will be credited, less shipping charges, within 5 business days of return receipt. You will be emailed a return confirmation at that time. All refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment.
Amy’s Umbrellas is not responsible for any return packages not received if the shipping label provided is not used.
Please note that we do not accept liability for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. We cannot refund international duties and taxes. For more information on reclaiming international duties and taxes, please contact your local customs bureau.

You have to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) token prior to return your package. You can obtain your RMA token by contacting us here. and select subject as RMA and leave order number and the reason for returning your umbrella in the message input.
For your convenience, We provide prepaid return shipping labels for returns and/or exchanges within the United States. We will provide you with an exchange, or a store credit for use on future orders, or a refund to your original form of payment. We estimate 7 – 10 business days to receive and process your return and/or exchange.
When you place an order through the website, we will maintain your order information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information. Retaining this order information facilitates administration of Our 100% guarantee on our products and provides the mechanism for processing return and exchange requests and providing replacements and refunds of ordered items.
You have the right to request that your order information be deleted in accordance with applicable laws. Individuals wishing to exercise their data protection rights in this manner will be prevented from returning or exchanging items from deleted orders and prevented from receiving refunds for or replacements of items from deleted orders.
