FREE shipping on all U.S. orders

Please double check all shipping information before submitting your order. Your order will be delayed if we have to contact you to update incorrect information.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will arrive with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice may be left by the postal service advising where your delivery can be collected.

We will not re-ship/refund packages returned for wrong or incomplete addresses and customer unavailability.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier and address the issue directly with them. Amy’s Umbrellas does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Amy’s Umbrellas makes every effort to ship your products in a timely fashion. All orders shipping to a United States address, qualify for free standard shipping. Orders with free standard shipping are usually fulfilled within 3-5 business days, unless otherwise noted.

The shipping cost varies for wholesale orders and customers outside the U.S. depending on the quantity of items and the weight of the order.

NOTE: These are estimated delivery times. Amy’s Umbrellas does not guarantee delivery dates. We will, however, always do our best to deliver on or before your delivery date.

Please allow 3 – 4 weeks for delivery after receipt of your order if shipping to an APO address.

Please note that we cannot ship air freight to a P.O. Box. Please provide an alternate street address.

Kindly note, customers outside the U.S. are responsible for any taxes or duties. International customers are responsible for any fees accumulated on the cost for returning the package if package is refused or if duties due are not paid.

Due to delivery assurance issues and sanctions, we are unable to process and ship orders to the following countries:
